David Kelley grew up in New Haven, Connecticut, earned a degree in
Political Science at Providence College where he played baseball, studied
at the Rhode Island School of Design and worked a full career as a graphic
designer-illustrator in publishing and marketing before becoming a Cape
Cod residential realtor in 1996. Having experienced the ups and down of the real estate market, he likes to help home buyers and sellers avoid the major mistakes that occurred in the previous "hot" market by providing them with the information necessary to make good real estate decisions. David is a member of the National, State and Cape Cod Associations of Realtors and keeps up to date by analyzing the market and taking courses to increase his skills. He has received awards and designations to help him work successfully with seniors (SRES), homebuyers (ABR), on the internet (e-PRO) and sales with the 10 week Floyd Wickman "Sweathogs" real estate sales course where he received a team leadership award. David has been very active in the community with the Falmouth Artists Guild, Cape Cod Arts Association, the Falmouth Cultural Council and is an award winning artist. He is a U.S.Army veteran and has been a full time Falmouth resident since 1990. |
